    So this was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a store. A lot of staff running around acting busy but really didn't seem to be doing anything. We were told we had to speak to the Manager Bobby. None of the staff could locate him. We spent at least 25-30 mins waiting for him to get out of the bathroom. When he finally surfaced he was rude and snappy not only to us but his own staff members as well. On top of that he tried to charge us more for some material then was listed on the item sale tag. He had time to talk to his buddy cordially while I waited to speak with him a 2nd time. Guess in order to get GOOD service at this store you have to be a friend of the manager. We will take our business to Rona or Canadian Tire from now on. Prices are comparable. Staff there is far more friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable.
